This beautiful country house is an authentic and typical ibicencan “casa de campo”. It is 100 years old and completely reformed respecting its original and charming style. It is furnished in a country chic style mixed with some modern details. Can Chapati has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It has 200 m2 of which 40 m2 are the wonderful covered terrace with an amazing chill out area. The garden /land has 3200m2 and it is full of all the mediterranean typical plants. Figtrees, almond trees, olive trees, big old yucas, and much more...On the terrace you can sit form 10-12 people at the table and the chill out area fits 12-15 people. In the middle of the garden you find the pool (11x3 meters) and antoher chill out area under an olive tree. The whole situation is ideal for a relaxing and romantic holiday on the island. I is also ideal or families, Kids love the garden, the hanging mat and the swing.

The house is fully equipped with Sat TV, WIFI A/Cs in all rooms and a music box. You are protected by an alarm system and there is a safety box as well.

The kitchen is also fully equipped, with all you need, from a Nespresso machine, to a oaster, microwave, juicer, kettle, juicer, dishwaching machine, washingmachine etc. In the kitchen there is a dining table which fits 8 people. 

Distances: You are 8 minutes away from the airport, 12 minutes from Ibiza, 10 to Playa den Bossa, 14 minutes to Botafoc Harbour, and another 10 minutes to the lovely town of San Josep. Nice restaurantes are very close, such as the Juls, Tratoria del Sole, Sa Caleta, Blue Marlin and Yemanjá and all the Salinas and Es Cavalet beaches as well with their top class restaurants. The closest bech is Sa Caleta and a Cala Jondal, which are 8 minutes away. Even though you are close to the airport, you wont hear the airplanes, since they do not fly over the house!!. Supermarkets are 5 and 7 minutes away.

Fresh bedlinens and towels will be supplied and changed once a week.

So the location is optimal, you are very close to everything, whilst staying in a beautiful country oasis.
