Behind the project are Lorenzo Gámiz, real estate entrepreneur and founder of Ibiza Luxury, and Pilar Ribot, architect and international project manager. Together, they lead an agency that combines market knowledge, architectural vision, legal guidance, and a close, personalized way of working.

Lorenzo Gámiz
CEO
Holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from IESE Business School. Former director of the Rigel real estate group and founder and CEO of Ibiza Luxury until 2018.
Pilar Ribot
General Manager
Architect from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia with an MBA from IESE Business School. She led her own architecture firm until 2021 and has managed real estate projects, collaborating on international developments in Chicago and London.

After more than 10 years working in banking in Valencia, supporting clients, she decided to take a new direction. Since 2013 she has lived and worked in Ibiza, where she now focuses on personalized service within the luxury sector.

He studied Interior Design at LCI Barcelona, and later majored in digital Marketing. He has worked on communication and strategy for brands in the sector, lifestyle, hospitality and real estate, developing projects between Barcelona and Ibiza.

Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of the office, managing accounting, and ensuring smooth administrative organization. She also oversees property updates and creative materials, providing ongoing support to the management, sales, and marketing teams.

Project Manager
He has over 4 years of experience in international mixed-use projects across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. In Ibiza, he is involved in the development of private villa projects, multi-family buildings, and renovations, working closely with clients and consultants over the past 3 years.
