This original 17th Century Hacienda/Finca is located 1 km outside of San Jose, Ibiza. All the main house and its annexes have been refurbished preserving the heritage of the ibicencan architecture.
It consists of 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms for a total of 19 guests. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house. Three of them have a double bedroom and one of them has 1 elevated double bed and 1 single bed. Therefore, the main house can host up to 9 people.
All bedrooms are located in the first and second floor of the main house. All the ground floor is dedicated to living spaces.
Because of being a ibicencan orginal finca, which were built by parts and adapted to the land as much as possible, it has different levels: on the ground floor which lead to several really cosy spaces. Just in front of the main door, there is one huge open-plan living room, with one big and centric fireplace and a big sofa area. On the right side there is a room that is used as a TV-room, one guest bathroom and one storage room that connects to the garage. And on the left side there is another area with a small bar table and another sofa. Crossing that area is placed the kitchen. It is really big. It has a lot of space to coock and has a big island in the middle just under an original payés extraction hood. And furthermore it has a dirty kitchen space and separate laundry room.
The master bedroom is the one located on the highest level and it has a private terrace from which is possible to access to the swimming pool area. The large outdoor swimming pool is flanked by a huge porch surrounding the house, teak sunbeds to dry off, outside dining table, grass, and a big independent porch with a barbecue and another dining and lounging area with lots of cushions.
And in the lower part of the plot there is a Tennis-Court with Basketball-Facility and another porch.
From the master room terrace and from the area that is above the stone stairs, there is a cute distant sea view.
Four more bedrooms are located in one big annex. All of that ones have outside independent access and its own bathroom. This annex can be even considered a guest-house because it has its own living-room and kitchen.
The living room is big enough that currently hosts a Billard and the courtyard is also big enough to host almost any outside purpose: dinning, chill-out, playground... It currently contains a table tennis table. And the 9th bedroom is located in a extra little house, with 1 double bedroom, 1 small room and a kitchen.
It doesn't have direct neighbours and it has the following distances by car to: San Jose town 4min, Cala Jondal 8 min, Airport 10 min, Es Cavallet/Salinas beaches 14 min, Ibiza Town 16 min.
